For SBI SCO Recruitment 2026, the Dean post requires an MBA/Executive MBA/PGDM/PGDBA or equivalent with at least 55% marks, or a Ph.D./M.Phil, along with 15 years of post-qualification experience including 3 years in a senior leadership role. The Faculty post needs a postgraduate degree with 55% marks and at least 6 years of teaching experience, while the Marketing Executive post requires an MBA or equivalent in Marketing with 55% marks and 5 years of marketing experience.

• Faculty: Postgraduate degree with 55% marks (MBA/PGDM preferred) with minimum 6 years teaching experience.
• Marketing Executive: MBA or equivalent in Marketing with 55% marks and 5 years marketing experience (3 years in executive education/training sectors).

Age Limit (as on 31 August 2026)

• Dean: 40 – 55 years
• Faculty: 35 – 55 years
• Marketing Executive: 28 – 40 years
