Eligibility Criteria

• Age: Minimum 22 years and maximum 32 years as on 01.09.2026 (relaxation for reserved categories as per Government rules).
• Education (mandatory): Graduation in any discipline.
• Certification: Any one valid certification among IC 38 (Insurance Institute of India), NISM Series V-A (Mutual Fund Distributors), NISM Series XXI-A (PMS Distributors) or NISM Series V-D (Specialised Investment Fund Distributors). As per the addendum dated 01.10.2026, candidates shortlisted for interview can produce this certificate on or before the interview date, valid as on that date.
• Preferred: Two-year full-time post graduate degree/diploma in management or MBA (Finance/Marketing).
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in sales of wealth products with public sector banks, private sector banks, foreign banks, broking or securities firms, or asset management companies. Experience of less than six months in any organisation and clerical-cadre experience are not counted.
