Eligibility Criteria
- Must have passed the Recorder Certificate Class Course (RCCC) training from Assam Survey & Settlement Training Centre, Dakhingaon, Guwahati
- Must have been declared proficient in both Survey and Settlement subjects before the Govt. notification dated 13.08.2026
- Computer typing speed of at least 30 WPM in English and 15 WPM in Assamese/Bengali
- Age between 21 and 40 years as on 01.01.2026, with relaxation for reserved categories as per Assam government rules
- Government employees must apply through proper channel and produce NOC at verification
Selection Process and Exam Pattern
Selection will be made through a written examination and a computer skill test, carrying 100 marks in total.

- Only those qualifying the written test will be called for the skill test, followed by document verification
