2 posts are reserved for PwBD (in Health Services) and 15 for Ex-Servicemen. The uniform eligibility criteria of the Arunachal Pradesh government apply: candidates must hold an Arunachal Pradesh Permanent Residence Certificate and APST certificate and know a local indigenous tribal language.
Educational Qualification (Summary)
- ANM: 2-year ANM course from INC-recognised institute after Class XII, registered with APNC

- Driver (LMV/HMV): Class X + valid licence + 3 years driving experience
- Constable (MT) Driver: Class X + valid HMV/LMV licence, plus physical standards
- Field Publicity / Publicity Assistant: Class XII / Class X with diploma in TV, Radio, Sound System, Electrical or Electronics

APST candidates get up to 5 years of relaxation and PwBD candidates up to 15 years. ASHA workers get 8 years of relaxation for the ANM post.
Application Fee
A non-refundable fee of Rs. 150 must be paid online. PwD/PwBD candidates are exempted.
Selection Process and Exam Pattern
Stage-I is an objective written test of 200 marks for all posts, followed by PET/PST, driving test, competency test or medical test depending on the post.
