Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree with Honours in the respective practical subject.
- Language: Must be able to read, write and speak Odia, with Odia as a subject in HSC (or pass an equivalent Odia test).
- Residence: Citizen of India and resident of Odisha.
- Age: 21 to 42 years as on 01.01.2026 (born between 01.01.1984 and 01.01.2005).
- Age relaxation: 5 years for SC, ST, SEBC, Women and Ex-Servicemen; 10 years for PwD (40% or more); up to 15 years cumulative for PwD of SEBC/SC/ST.
