• Vice Principal: Master’s degree and B.Ed, each with 50% marks; six years’ regular PGT service in a CBSE school, or ten years as PGT/TGT with at least three as PGT. Age 35–45 years as on 1 April 2026 (up to 55 for Army Public School employees and ex-servicemen).
• Headmaster/Headmistress: Graduate with 50% in each subject and aggregate, plus B.Ed/M.Ed/B.El.Ed or a 2-year elementary education diploma; eight years’ teaching including five as PRT in a CBSE school; CTET/State TET and OST required. Maximum age 55 (57 for ex-servicemen and existing staff).
• Special Educator (PRT): Specified special education qualification with a valid RCI registration number (mandatory).
• PRT (Computer Science): BCA/B.Sc(CS)/BE-B.Tech(CS/IT) or graduate with DOEACC A-level, plus B.El.Ed or 2-year D.El.Ed and CTET/TET.
• PRT (All Subjects): Graduate with 50% aggregate, B.El.Ed or 2-year D.El.Ed, plus CTET/TET; working knowledge of computers required.
• TGT (Bengali/Nepali): Subject-specific degree with 50% marks plus B.Ed with 50%; CTET/TET preferred.
• All teaching posts: candidates with no prior teaching/work experience must be no older than 40 years, and must be able to teach in English and Hindi medium.
