- Navik (GD/DB): Basic pay โน21,700 (Pay Level-3) plus allowances

Selection Process
- Stage-I: Computer Based Examination โ 100 questions, 60 minutes, no negative marking. Minimum qualifying marks: 40 for UR/EWS/OBC and 35 for SC/ST.
- Stage-II: Physical Fitness Test, assessment test, document verification and medical
- Stage-III: Identity check, document verification and pre-enrolment medical at INS Chilka
- Stage-IV: Verification of original documents with issuing authorities

- Height: Male 157 cm, Female 152 cm (relaxation for some regions as per notification)
- Chest (male): minimum 77 cm with 5 cm expansion
- Normal hearing; tattoos allowed only on permitted body parts
