There are 90 vacancies for unmarried male candidates who passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (minimum 60% aggregate) and appeared in JEE Main 2026. There is no written exam β candidates are shortlisted on the basis of their JEE Main performance and called for a 5-day SSB interview. After 4 years of training (3 years technical + 1 year at IMA Dehradun) they get an engineering degree and a Permanent Commission as Lieutenant.

TES 57 Eligibility Criteria
- Education: 10+2 (or equivalent) with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics, with at least 60% aggregate in PCM.
- JEE Main: Candidate must have appeared in JEE (Main) 2026.
- Marital status: Unmarried male candidates only.
- Age: 16Β½ to 19Β½ years as on 1 July 2027 β born not earlier than 1 January 2008 and not later than 1 January 2011 (both dates inclusive).
- Medical: As per Army medical standards given on joinindianarmy.nic.in.
Selection Process
- Online application on joinindianarmy.nic.in.
- Shortlisting on the basis of JEE Main 2026 performance (cut-off percentage will be published on the website).
- 5-day SSB interview.
- Medical examination.
- Final merit list and joining letter.

- Fill details including your 10+2 PCM percentage and JEE Main 2026 details, and submit before 12 November 2026, 12:00 hrs.
- Take a printout of the submitted application.
