- Constable (Communication): +2 Science with Physics, Chemistry and Maths/Electronics/Statistics/Computer Science/IT, or 3-year engineering diploma (SCTE&VT / AICTE / UGC).
- Constable OISF and Driver PMT: Matriculation (10th) pass from BSE Odisha or equivalent.
