Eligibility Criteria

• Site Engineer (WP-01): Full-time B.E./B.Tech in Civil / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering from an AICTE-approved university/institute, with minimum 3 and less than 5 years of post-qualification experience in the construction sector.
• Project Engineer (WP-02): Full-time B.E./B.Tech in Civil / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering, with minimum 5 and less than 10 years of post-qualification experience in construction.
• Architect (WP-03): Full-time B.Arch. with valid Council of Architecture (COA) registration, with minimum 5 and less than 10 years of post-qualification experience in construction.

Nature of Work

• Site Engineer – site execution, quantity measurement, site records, material inspection and DPR preparation.
• Project Engineer – supervision of site engineers, quality control, billing, coordination with contractors, progress monitoring and client meetings.
• Architect – architectural design and detailing, drawing review, coordination with structural/MEP consultants and contractors.

Selection Process

Applications meeting all eligibility criteria will be shortlisted. Shortlisted candidates will be informed only through registered e-mail or the WAPCOS website. Remuneration is consolidated and fixed for the engagement period.
