AIESL CEO Recruitment 2026: AI Engineering Services Limited (AIESL), a wholly owned subsidiary of AI Assets Holding Limited, has invited applications for the post of Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Eligible aviation/engineering management professionals can apply offline before the last date of 12 October 2026.

AIESL CEO Recruitment 2026 – Overview

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: BE/B.Tech or equivalent in Mechanical, Aeronautical, Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunication, Instrumentation, Production, or Electronics & Communication Engineering from a recognised institute. An MBA or equivalent postgraduate management qualification is desirable.
• Age limit: Not more than 58 years as on 1 July 2026.
• External candidates: Public sector employees at E-7 level or above with 20 years of managerial experience, including at least 5 years at senior managerial level in aviation, at no more than two levels below CEO; or private sector candidates working no more than two levels below CEO in a large organisation.
• Internal candidates: Permanent employees of AI Assets Holding Limited and its subsidiaries at E-7 or above, with 20 years of aviation engineering experience, including at least 10 years in managerial roles and 5 years at senior managerial level (E-7 or above).

Selection Process

A two-tier selection process will be followed, which may include interviews of shortlisted candidates at management’s sole discretion. Internal selectees must resign from their current posts as per applicable service regulations. Canvassing in any form will lead to disqualification.

1. Fill the prescribed application form and attach photocopies of supporting documents (qualifications, age proof, experience).
2. External candidates must attach a certificate from their current employer confirming their post is no more than two levels below CEO, along with a write-up of up to 400 words supporting their candidature.
3. Send the application by Speed Post/Registered Post to: Manager (HR & Admin), 2nd Floor, AI Assets Holding Limited, Safdarjung Airport, New Delhi – 110003, marking the envelope “Application for the post of CEO, AIESL”, before 12 October 2026.
