IRCON Manager Recruitment 2026: IRCON International Limited, a Navratna PSU under the Ministry of Railways, has released Advt. No. C-12/2026 dated 23.10.2026 for 37 posts of Manager/Electrical on contract basis for its Northeast Frontier Railway (NFR) projects under Lumding and Tinsukia Divisions. Selection is through walk-in interview at Kolkata on 19–20 November 2026 and at Guwahati on 23 November 2026. The fixed pay is Rs. 60,000 per month.

Eligibility Criteria (as on 01.10.2026)

• Qualification: Full-time Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering with at least 60% marks from a recognised university/institute approved by AICTE/UGC.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in electrical construction, procurement, installation, testing and commissioning / TRD maintenance in Railways, Metro Rail or Power Transmission/Distribution utilities. Experience in Railway OHE / Power Supply / SCADA / E&M / electrical utility diversion is preferred.
• Teaching, training, consultancy or freelancing experience is not counted.
• Maximum Age: 50 years, with relaxation as per Government of India rules.
• Medical: Sound health and free from colour blindness.

Contract Terms

• Initial contract of 18 months, extendable by one more year based on performance and project need.
• Co-terminus with the project; no claim for absorption in regular establishment.
• No allowances over the fixed pay; PF deducted as per EPF Act with matching IRCON contribution.
• Health insurance of Rs. 3 lakh to be taken by the employee; premium up to Rs. 4,000 per year reimbursed.
